Les
Peterson is the Founder of Information
Technology Consulting Company (ITC2). With over 20 years experience in the
Information Technology and Telecommunications, Les experience includes
enterprise architectural design, assessment, systems implementation and performance,
networks and telecommunications environments. In addition, he has expertise in
ensuring that networks and systems are available, secure and running properly,
as well as planned and budgeted for future capacity requirements. His extensive
network of business contacts and professional relationships make him an
invaluable member and leader of our team. Les has guided ITC2 towards
work with Fortune 200 companies and Government entities on complex voice, data,
security, and R&D projects in network security. In addition, ITC2 is
working with emerging technology markets involved with 3D technology from 3D
content generation, 3D TelePresence, and 3D technology integration; all for
military, education, entertainment, and corporate initiatives. Les has also
been responsible for International and National architectural system design and
performance, and network and telecommunications environments throughout his
career. Les served on the 2010 Cyber Security Best Practices
Working Group (Working Group 2A) of (CSRIC) for the Federal Communication
Commission.
Becky
Ulman is a senior member of ITC2's
Contracts Department. She joined ITC2 with over 35 years experience in the
field of contracting and acquisition management, both with industry and as a
civilian with the U.S. Army. Prior to joining ITC2 she was a senior level
manager for an aviation-centered provider, exercising full authority for
preparing proposals and negotiating and administering government contracts.
Becky has extensive experience in evaluating and negotiating complex high
dollar proposals for fixed and rotary wing aircraft. She has also served as a
member or senior advisor on eight major systems Source Selection Evaluation
Boards and Should Cost Teams. During her 30-year Army civilian career,
culminating in a GS-15 Contracting Officer Director position, she was
responsible for acquisition of major Army Aviation and Troop Support
requirements. She led contracting activities for Apache, Comanche, BLACK HAWK,
Kiowa, Chinook and Air Crew Integrated Systems. In addition, she had
responsibility for acquisition requirements for Army Fixed Wing Fleet and major
troop support items. She has managed maintenance/overhaul and spare parts
contracts for all aviation systems, executing a high volume of competitive and
sole source contracts. Becky has a BS in Business Administration from Columbia
College, Columbia, MO. She was a charter member of the Army Acquisition Corps.
